We have programs to choose from for all levels.
Nordic Walking – 1.5 hours
This workshop is an introduction to Nordic Walking and is highly recommended before joining the group classes. The class focuses on the proper set-up and use of “Nordic Walking” poles, correct posture while walking and the Nordic walking technique. The workshop is designed to promote your own home practice and/or prepare you for the group classes. Nordic Walking poles are provided.

Foundation Training – 1.5 hours
This workshop is an introduction to Foundation Training and is highly recommended before joining the group classes. The class focuses on the five essential Foundation Training exercises to introduce proper upper and lower body positions as well as decompression breathing. The workshop is designed to promote your own home practice and/or prepare you for the group classes.

RESET! – Weekend Event
Come revive your energy with a weekend day camp designed to retune your mind and body through movement. The weekend is a chance to wake up the body and open yourself to new ways of moving through space. The weekend is designed around four unique yet complimentary movement modalities: Yoga, Pilates, Bone Rhythms and Foundation Training. There's a wondeful focus on breath work as well.
The Weekend is being presented by Melinda Leas, owner of Fit Form Studio, and Kim Schleicher, E-RYT500, a Helena Yoga Therapist and Yoga teacher.
